网络搜索与数据挖掘组研究员的主要工作是在机器视觉、图像识别和机器学习领域实现他们的想法。前沿的研究包括多媒体等相关研究。
条件要求
o 出色的解决问题能力
o 电子工程、计算机科学或其它相关专业的硕士研究生或博士研究生
o 具备优秀的英语听说读写能力
o 具备优秀的信号和图像处理能力
o 坚实的数学基础（线性代数、优化和统计）
o 具备机器学习知识（聚类、学习、分类）
o 具备优秀的编程能力或相关的项目经验
o 良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力
o 能保证六个月的实习；能得到导师的书面认可

Overview
Researchers in the Web Search and Mining Area are turning their ideas into reality in areas such as computer vision, pattern recognition, machine learning. Projects pushing the state-of-the-art forward include multimedia related research.
Required Qualifications:
o MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science or any related technical field
o Good reading, written, and oral English
o Strong in signal and image processing
o Solid mathematics (linear algebra, optimization, statistics)
o Background in machine learning (clustering, learning, classification)
o Good programming skills or have related project experience
o Good communication skills and excellent teamwork
o Can commit at least 6 months internship, can get your advisor’s approval.
