Collection Specialist

Job Description:
Responsible for managing cash collection for a subset of the trade receivables portfolio. He/she will work autonomously in the resolution of discrepant invoices, reconciling and matching debits/credits, global coordination of processes and projects, including but not limited to logistics, rebates, RMA and electronic invoicing. This role is expected to partner and coordinate with field sales, SMG CBO, Ops Finance, and the customer to ensure Intel's terms are met. He/she will have the ability to manipulate data into information. In addition he/she will be expected to drive and implement lasting solutions to complex problems and participate and drive ad-hoc projects on behalf of the team.
Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in both English & Korean is essential
2. Degree or equivalent, preferably business / finance related
3. Experience in a finance, or customer service environment, used to dealing with large multinational customers and practices
4. Solid skill sets on communication, partnership, influencing and problem solving
5. SAP system knowledge is also an advantage
