Job Responsibilities：
1.Legal research on Chinese laws, regulations and policies, including telephone consultation with government authorities;
2. Translation of legal documents into English or Chinese;
3. Research on potential target companies and strategic partners;
4. Preparation of presentation materials;
5. Document filing and maintenance; and
6. General administrative support.
Requirements：
1. Law school students;
2. Graduate students preferred;
3. International law major preferred;
4. Fluent in written and spoken English and passed CET-6 or above
5. Candidates with legal translation experience is a plus
6. Candidates with Working experience at law firms or foreign invested companies preferred
7. Good communication and coordination skills
8. Detail-oriented and well organized
