Siemens Real Estate AA Management Trainee Program offers you the ideal start to your career in Corporate Real Estate industry. The program provides you intensive learning opportunity via Job Rotation, Training, Mentoring etc., in Asia-Australia platform.
The program, which enables you to actively integrate your interests and your qualifications, consists 2-3 assignments within one year, covering Portfolio Management, Project Management as well as Customer Relationship Management.

What are my responsibilities?
With integration trainings and cross-department assignments to gain a comprehensive understanding of Siemens Real East business, including SRE business module, project management, process, customer etc.,
Job assignment in Portfolio Management, Project Management as well as Customer Relationship Management. Deliver results on respective assignment.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
a)Bachelor degree above majored in Electrical Engineering and Automation, Civil and Structural Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate etc with graduation year in 2015
b)Fluency in English; knowledge of further languages is welcome
c)Open-minded, highly motivated and ready to take on challenges

For our SRE in Guangzhou, we are looking for an Intern for Transaction Management Officer.
What are my responsibilities?
1.Develop & implement transaction strategies within the Asset Management Unit like location concept etc.
2.Monitor market developments. Review local real estate portfolio & develop transaction strategy in cooperation with Asset management unit and regional head quarter.
3.Prepare and Execute transactions with necessary approvals. Execute transactions, including coordination of involved parties.
4.Relationship management with key investors & landlords.
What do I need to qualify for this job?

Now for our SRE in Guangzhou, we are looking for an Intern for Business Development Officer.
What are my responsibilities?
Responsible for Business Development & Portfolio Management for Siemens Real Estate (SRE) business within AMU in order to define AMU real estate strategy along with regional real estate strategy and ensure its implementation.
1.Responsibility for all strategic real estate topics within the AMU.
2.Drive and monitor the implementation of the AMU strategy and its success.
3.Develop Location Concepts, Option Comparisons & Strategic Plans with support from Location Managers.
4.Responsible for internal and external communication.
With integration trainings and cross-department assignments to gain a comprehensive knowledge of Siemens Real East business, the candidate can be assigned as Business Development officer after successful completion of training.
