1.Build up finance talent pool
Clean current database
Build & keep relationship with talents for pipeline
Maintain talent pool and keep it “live”
Support finance mass recruiting project
Track & maintain recruiting report  with high accuracy
Timely communicate with internal clients and external candidates
Other HR support as manager assigned
Requirements：
Can work 4~5 days for at least 3 months, 6 months preferred
Strong passion for HR jobs
Excellent communication skill with good English capability
Excellent EXCEL skills
Mature, result driven, detail focus
