The Mission:
·Reporting to Head of Talent Acquisition, thecandidate main mission is to support key Recruitment worldwide on going projectinitiatives. It encompasses the organization and co-ordination of bestpractices/ tools to be shared with worldwide HR teams across regions, projectmanagement and follow up with all interfaces.


Responsibilities:
·Project Co-ordination to ensure successfulroll out of Talent Acquisition initiatives.
·Recruitment Metrics tracking andconsolidation worldwide.
·Ensure the data integrity and keeping itcurrent, and preparing excel for data tracking
·Co-ordinate of forms and data worldwide andfollow up.
·Preparation and design of presentation


Main Requirements:
The incumbent must be Technology Savvy. Proficient     in MS Office Applications: Excel, PowerPoint.
A good team player and good communication skill to interface with stakeholders worldwide.
Ability to work under pressure on challenging schedule
Capability to learn fast, detailed, meticulous and Good organization skill
Competent in Project Management.
Proficient in Oral & Written English

Educational background: Minimum Bachelor of Business, with a preference forMaster Degree.
Other Requirements:
Can work for 4-5 days/week and last for at least 1year
