Job Description:
-Recruitment: schedule the recruiting issues
-New Comer preparation: check in documents; labor contracts; badge issues; gym card update and maintenance; P-File management; support the new comer orientation
-Position change process: draft the position change form and letter; handle the signature process; maintain the tracking list
-Employees' labor contract for extension & check out process: draft the labor contract and track the whole process, including different documents management, company chop etc; support in employee's check out process
-JTC housing events & school fee issues: payment voucher; vendor management; different agreements/ contracts issues; communicate with external vendors
-Social Insurance Issues: payment voucher & invoice submit; social insurance refund etc.
-Administrative Support: Meeting room management, itinerary arrangement, team expenses reimbursement and payment, other tasks
Qualification Requirement:
-Fluently English speaker and capable of using English as working language
-Strong sense of responsibility and corporate security. Detail and object oriented thinking pattern
-Ability to handle multi-tasks under high pressure
-Good communication skills with intercultural competence
-Strong willingness to learn and to infuse into a dynamic working environment
Time Requirement: 5 days a week, 6 months.
Check in time: May 26th or early June
