Working frequently:4-5days/week
Duration:3~6 months
Job Responsibilities:
1.Collect the customer information and set up KYC WF
2.Make Service quotation and contract with customer and internal oversea factory
3.Collect Service Payment from customer and internal oversea factory
4.Assist Service Training and Service Channel Audit
5.Request and assist outsourcing service
6.Record and gather the service orders, revenue monthly
7.Gather and record the service engineer’s travel and payroll monthly
8.VK management, VK training, communication with global teal
9.Conduct the T-NPS survey monthly, distribute the NPS form to customer and get the customer’s response
10.Comply with all applicable Compliance, Quality, EHS regulations
Requirements:
1.Good communication skills
2.Good English speaking and writing skills
3.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Outlook, etc.)
4.Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
5.Work from June to October
