Intel's Sales and Marketing group provides world-class support at the OEM, developer and end-user levels. In addition, the group is involved in Internet and e-Commerce strategies, as well as the execution of worldwide Intel(R) architecture branded product strategies. Responsibilities
In this position as Customer Business Analyst (CBA), you will be supporting customers by managing the supply pipeline from the customer demand through the delivery of the product. Customers are Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) or authorized distributors. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Managing the supply line and working with multiple groups both internally (i.e. sales, marketing, logistics, credit, finance, etc) and externally (i.e. the customer, freight carriers, etc).
- Responding to customer inquiries, building relationships with customers, and resolving customer issues
- Performing business analysis to influence customers' business decisions, identify potential risks and opportunities, and revenue forecast and track revenue plan of record per account base
- Responsible for supply chain management and improving business processes to increase productivity and add value to the customer
- Communicating and representing customer business to internal stakeholders
- Building and managing effective business partnership with field sales and other internal business partners
Qualifications
You should possess a university degree with strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and good analytical and problem-solving skills. You should be customer-oriented, a team player and a fast learner. Additional qualifications include:
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic and changing environment, both in independently and in a team environment
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin. Korean and/or Japanese speaking is an added advantage
- High proficiency in PC and hands-on experience in Microsoft Office/Outlook
- Able to commit 4-5days/week for no more than 6 months
- 2015 graduates preferred
- Top intern performer maybe be considered for regular employee conversion, but this really depends on business HC situation
