Position Overview: The intern will play as the focal contact of HR operation to support VMware Beijing office.
Essential Job Functions:
Onboarding and termination process for Beijing employees;
Technical Training and learning activity supporting;
Daily support to employees’ requirement in HR operation function;
Employees’ data management and analysis;
Employees’ personal file management and tracking;
Employee engagement activity and event supporting;
HR related corporation;
Non-essential Job Functions: VMware Beijing Foundation activity and program supporting;
Requirements:
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills to support all levels’ of internal customers;
Good skill in PPT;
Strong passion to join in HR industry;
Reliable and accountable, amiable and supportive;
Fully competent in both Chinese and English including listening, writing, reading and speaking;
Careful in detail;
Good patience to handle miscellaneous operation things;
Stably available for 3+ days per week in next 6 months, especially Mon and Fri.
HR related education background is a plus.
