Job Responsibilities:
Legal research on Chinese laws, regulations and policies, including telephone consultation with government authorities
Translation of legal documents into English or Chinese
Research on potential target companies and strategic partners
Preparation of presentation materials;
Document filing and maintenance;
General administrative support.

Job Requirements:
Law school students;
International law major preferred;
Fluent in written and spoken English and passed CET-6 or above
Candidates with legal translation experience preferred
Candidates with Working experience at law firms or foreign invested companies preferred
Good communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented and well organized
