3．产品设计优化实习生
Department: Global Solution
Location: Beijing 北京

Responsibility：
UI设计，优化
1.参与产品创意构思，分析用户的操作习惯和偏好，从用户体验的角度出发，提出最佳的交互设计及操作流程方案；
2.负责管理产品的体验，跟踪产品的体验效果数据，持续改善产品的用户体验
3.负责制作产品交互原型制作，交互逻辑说明文档；
4.负责产品交互指导范式的设计与管理；
5.负责并跟踪产品设计周期中的可用性测试，并将测试结果转变为可执行的用户体验优化方案。

Requirements:
研究生学历或以上，工业设计、设计艺术学或计算机相关专业优先
能够熟悉运用手边的工具制作高保真交互原型；有可用性测试基本知识，了解基本的研究方法
有大局观，可以在复杂的约束条件下找到平衡或创新的方法，能够按时、高质量地完成工作任务
具有对产品交互、用户体验的设计心得，懂得用户心理，了解如何改进用户体验，并具备对用户使用习惯进行分析挖掘引导的思维能力
良好的英文文章阅读能力，能阅读专业论文

Description:
Coding C#, ASPX, VB, SQL Script, XML
Ability to answer above coding issues.
Make and test Demo with Schneider software products, with the direction from mentor
Documents for software developing tasks
Prepare weekly status reports

Requirements:
Ability to work effectively with operation expert, process expert and architect, with the direction from mentor.
Ability to work with minimal supervision on projects.
Ability to work in an extremely organized manner with high attention to detail.
Able to multi-task in a dynamic environment while ensure consistent, on time delivery.
