1.    Support the functional teams involved in all aspects of order processing and fulfillment, inventory management and distribution processes from systems function perspective.
2.    Work with internal Oracle Production Support Team, operational teams, and outside vendors to identify and resolve systems issues and transactional failures.
Requirements：
1.Bchelor degree or above in Infromation science or related preferred
2.Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
3.Fluent oral and written English
