Job Description:
1) Backorders
Follow-up on vendor and dealer backorder items, liaise with vendors (Joint-
Ventures and local suppliers) to guarantee the shortest possible lead time
balancing between the degree of urgency and transportation costs.
Communicate about availability date with different departments and follow-up
on the different steps of the supply chain.

2) Stock Inter-company Transfer
Conduct stock transfer between the different DPTS warehouses to balance the
inventory and reduce surplus stock.

3) System Operation
Order placement in the system.
Maintenance of System’s records to ensure correct and accurate information
for all users involved.

Requirements:
Degree in Business or Commerce, Logistics management will be plus;
Passion on the auto industry;
Good command of written and spoken English;
Computer literate, familiar with Excel and PowerPoint.

时间：六个月（全职），六个月时间要充分保证（不能保证者请勿投递简历）。实习期
间要求保持学生身份。
周一至周五：9:00am - 6:00pm
入职时间：2014年7月

待遇：月薪3000（税前），六个月有7.5天带薪年假，平均每月1.25天带薪假，可以请
无薪假。
