Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate interview arrangements, receive candidates, shepherd around with interviewers, follow up interview results;
Update interview pipeline information;
Coordinate employee check-in / check-out process, prepare orientation packages to new joiners;
Responsible for the administration and maintenance of the current HR information system;
Assist in the firm-wide year end campus recruitment process and performance evaluation process.

Qualifications
oGraduate of 2015
oAble to work 4-5 days/week is highly preferred
oFormer experience in HR is highly appreciated
