Job Responsibilities：
1. Find and execute part order solutions
2. Lead part solution actions as needed with other cross-functional teams including distribution, transportation, customs, order processing, asset planning, and repairable teams
3. Perform professional customer and field call handling and communication
4. Drive resolution of customer escalations by ensuring proper team ownership, coverage, and communication with the field
5. Deliver part solutions within the required compliance guidelines
6. Produce meaningful reports and information about order processing using database tools
7. Meet or exceed team backorder targets
Requirements：
1. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
4. Bachelor degree in the major of Supply chain related
5. Demonstrated Team player
6. Effective working in a complex environment
7. Experience with Microsoft Office applications
