Job Description
Work with software engineer on tools and issues on VMware products and solutions, write code to build software function/model, execute testing to make sure quality, write documentation/publication. Work on solutions and environment on VMware products, study and understand from a high level how products are structured to make an entire solution, build product environment, tackle issues in complex network environment, validate solution.  
  
Qualifications
* Strong programming skills (C++/C/C#/Java)
* Highly motivated and quick learner  
* High energy, a self-starter with a positive personality
* Good communication skills
* good knowledge about data structure and design, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
* At least 6 months internship
  
Desired Qualifications
* Can work at least 4 full working days a week  
* Knowledge of Windows internals, Windows driver, and Win32 development
* Knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, etc.
* Good English writing skill.
  
Educational Background
* BSEE/CS or MSEE/CS (in the future)
