岗位需求如下：

Responsibilities:
o    Be a part of a digital design team responsible for design and maintenance of Ericsson multi-standard base station (RBS portfolio).
o    Work with other team member to provide technical support to customer.
o    Implement digital board design and verification.
o    Support designers/managers on daily works.

Qualifications & Requirements:
o    Master degree or above from first level University
o    Major in communication, Electronic engineering, computer science and etc.
o    Good knowledge of Wireless Communication systems
o    Good understand on digital signal processing algorithm and implementation with MATLAB
o    Familiar with physical layer of LTE and LTE-A protocol and experience in physical layer simulation is a good plus
o    Fluent in English/Chinese speaking and excellent in English/Chinese writing
o    Strong communication skill
o    Well organized and have structure thinking
o    Good Initiative and positive personal personality
o    Self-motivated
