Responsibilities  
-Schedule and coordinate interview arrangements, receive candidates, shepherd around with interviewers, follow up interview results;  
-Update interview pipeline information;  
-Coordinate employee check-in / check-out process, prepare orientation packages to new joiners;  
-Responsible for the administration and maintenance of the current HR information system;  
-Assist in the firm-wide year end campus recruitment process and performance evaluation process.      
Skills and Abilities  
-An effective communicator;  
-A quick learner;  
-Good problem-solving skill;  
-Great attention to details;  
-Willing to work overtime and under pressure;  
-Proactive and energetic      
Qualifications  
-Graduate of 2015  
-Able to work 4-5 days/week is highly preferred  
-Former experience in HR is highly appreciated
