职责描述
========
Provide support for implementation of corporate volunteering program, and other CSR related initiatives. Enhance engagement with internal stakeholders, nonprofit partners and the public through coordination and implementation of service related activities that support business initiatives such as contribution to the community.
Primary Accountabilities
ointernally communicate with employee volunteering club leaders and internal stakeholders from different branches and entities.
oSupport planning and implementation of corporate volunteering program activities: from scope of work and coordination of event opportunities, to creation of recruitment tools and coordination of communications for projects. Maintain positive relationships with partnered and non-partnered nonprofit volunteer coordinators to maximize participation and engagement.
oCoordinate events and activities that maintain positive relationships with employee volunteer base that allows for the effective and efficient coordination of community engagement activities. Assist with team service activities: planning, adherence to policy, coordination with nonprofit, communication and recruitment.
o Performs other duties as assigned or apparent.
技能要求

oStrong organizational skills, creative thinking and problem solving capability
ovolunteering activity organizing and participation experience
oEfficient and effective Written and Oral communication skill in both Mandarin and English
oMust have a working knowledge of personal software packages and market research methods.
oOptimistic, result oriented and team player
oCurrently enrolled in and pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Sociology, Business, English or related subject.

Full/Part Time: at least 3 days/week
Internship term: 6 months
