This role is designed to help the recruiter in daily recruitment, including:
• Supporting Recruiters and hiring departments to build relationship with University Career Centers for long team cooperation;
• Collecting and analyzing veracious information related to students job-hunting;
• Expanding sourcing channels for Tech campus program;
• Posting/Maintaining online job advertisements in need for tech campus program;
• CV screening and 1st phone screen to ascertain potential candidate;
• Managing the overall recruiting scheduling process by using internal recruiting systems expertly, Making sure provide good candidate experience through coordinating with internal interviewers and candidates fast and courteously;
• Recruiting data key-in, renewal and maintenance;
• Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a 4 year university program or graduate program, in Human Resources, Labor Economics, International Business, Management related, and / or other related degree;
• Strong communication and writing skills (Both in Chinese & English), CET6 ;
• Fast Learner, detail-oriented, conscientious and good cooperation spirit;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and Power Point);
• Willing to have longtime development in Recruiting/HR field preferred;
• Strong time management skill;
• Proactive and able to work under pressure;
• At least 6 months internship and 5 days a week of full time.
