职位描述o      
o         Assist in the deployment of Supply Chain's Lean Continuous Improvement Programs, including but not limited to Standard Work, Kaizen and Value Stream Mappingo        
o         Coordinate and track the training of Supply Chain team members, while ensuring that resources and instructional materials are updated and maintained to meet ongoing needso        
o         Develop and maintain databases for easy update and reference of lean resources and training materialso        
o          Develop and implement an effective strategy for communicating the status and results of the continuous improvement effortso        
o         Facilitate problem solving activities and workshops

基本资质o        
o         Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Logistics, Statistics or related fieldso        
o         Basic understanding of Lean concepts and principleso        
o         Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational capabilitieso      
o         Keen attention to detailso        
o         Ability to learn and adapt quicklyo        
o         Ability to work well with cross functional teams both within and outside of Supply Chain organizationo        
o         Strong verbal and written English and Chineseo        
o          Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL
优先考虑资质o        
o         Formal training or certification in Leano    
o         Proven experience in Lean implementation
