应聘者需具备以下条件
- 具备优秀的沟通能力
- 具有较强的信息搜集能力、表达能力、逻辑分析能力、善于钻研、注重细节
- 了解互联网或医疗行业新兴产品及服务
- 要求中文熟练，英文书写及口语流利
- 有TMT（电信、媒体和科技）、医疗及生命科学学术背景；或有过创业实践或类似机构实习过的候选人优先考虑

Position Summary: The position is an Intern at venture capital investment company.
Responsibilities:
Assist the investment team with all aspects of the business including industry / sector research, company due diligence, entrepreneurs communication.
Academic Requirements:
Graduate Student at Tsinghua University
Desired Qualifications:
Successful candidates will possess the following:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good skills in information retrieval, good logical analysis skills, enjoys research and testing different approaches and attention to details
- Have knowledge of new products and service of Internet or healthcare industry
- Chinese language required; Oral and written English proficiency
- Candidates with TMT(Telecommunication,Media,Technology）/ Healthcare/Life Sciences background or have entrepreneurial practice or have intern experience at start-up companies are preferred
