Job Description
-Assist in campus recruitment events/programs of year cycle;
-Maintain and keep up with campus recruiting channels vis-à-vis business changes;
-Coordinate onsite events and prepare logistics beforehand;
-Collect and analyze market data;
-Update records and information into internal HR database;
-Prepare materials for miscellaneous activities and maintain campus recruitment websites/tools.
Qualification
-Outstanding communication skills
-Great attention to details and ability to work under pressure and tight schedule
-Good adaptability to new environments and events
-Bachelor degree above
-Able to work at least 4 days/week with 3 month consistency
-Previous internship experience in HR marketing/campus relations/recruitment is highly preferred
-Graduate of 2015 is preferred
