Job Description
-Schedule and coordinate interview arrangements, receive candidates, shepherd around with interviewers, follow up interview results;
-Update interview pipeline information, including the internal HR system and other websites;
-Coordinate employee check-in / check-out process, prepare orientation packages to new joiners;
-Assist in daily HR operation coordination;
-Assist in the firm-wide year end campus recruitment process and performance evaluation process
Qualification
-Bachelor degree above
-Good command of English and Chinese
-An effective communicator and quick learner
-Great attention to details and ability to work under pressure
-Previous internship experiences in HR is a plus
-Graduate of 2015 is preferred
