Job duties:
1. Customers Interaction:
1) Guide and delight the customers at the Audi City
2) Present and explain Audi brand, products and activities to the visitors
3) Assist and advise potential customers in making car configurations using Audi
City digital media tech
4) Collect visitors data, pass leads to Audi dealers and follow-up
5) Be prepared to answer any incoming visitor requests (e.g. directions, etc.)
2. Basic Administration and logistic Work
1)T ake incoming phone calls and provide basic admin support
2) Support for car moving and maintenance
3) Support to coordinate construction maintenance
3. Forum Event Support
Support Marketing Manager on Forum events
4. Product Training
Receive product trainings and further trainings on a regularly basis

8) can be a city guide (customers will enter the showroom to ask for direction)

Qualifications:
1) Good English skills
2) Customer-oriented and good interpersonal skills
3) Good communication skills
4) Active team player
5) Knowledge on automobile will be an advantage
6) Driving license would be a plus
