JobDescription:
An Intel China Employee Communications
Manager provides impactful corporate communications and consulting to help the
Intel China President and country GMs align employees to Intel China's
strategic direction and to transform the organization and culture to achieve
business objectives. This role manages local communication strategies and
channels, creates innovate content, and partners with global teams in the design
of corporate communication programs to implement them effectively in the region
and to connect the region with the rest of Intel.

Qualifications:
Prior work experience in media and
training as a journalist is highly recommended. Exceptional English writing
skills is a foundation for this work. The primary communication language is
English, although competent communication in Mandarin is a plus. The candidate
for this job position should be a strategic thinker and planner simultaneously
with a passion for innovative storytelling. Demonstrated skills in
communication through various mediums - written, graphic, video, online and
town hall meetings - and experience working with corporate executives is
essential. The candidate should have a bachelor's degree in corporate
communications, journalism, or PR with 4+ years' work experience, or a master's
degree with 3+ years' experience.
