Intern, HR Marketing & Recruiting (Beijing)
Basic Requirement:
Must stay student identity during whole internship
Must fulfill 6 months internship, 5 days per week
Starting date ASAP
Brief Description of Assignment:
1. Support CAReer program on recruitment, overseas trainee reception, training module, etc. including:
- Job posting
- CV screening
- Online test arrangement
- AC preparation (materials, candidates’ flight &hotel booking, shuttle bus arrangement, etc) and onsite support
- Welcome package and invitation letter preparation for overseas trainees
- Conduct orientation for overseas trainees
2. Support on HR marketing and recruiting events (e.g. job fair), including
- Flyer/poster modification
- Provide consultation to candidates about company and open positions
3. Administration tasks, including:
- Meeting room booking
- Information consolidation for regular team meetings
- Material purchasing
- Other administrative and ad-hoc tasks
Qualification Requirement:
oBachelor’s degree or above
oExcellent communication and coordination skills
oExcellent English skills, German skills would be an advantage
oResponsible, careful, proactive and passionate
oA ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to take more responsibilities
oGood teamwork spirit and capacity
