JD：
General
1 Collect and consolidate information for office and investment sectors
2 Maintain and update internal database of market information (supply, vacancy rates, rents, details of transactions, contacts of properties, macro-economic indicators, etc.)
3 Generate fieldwork to collect market data
4 Update and monitor future supply
5 Draft research publications including market reports, standard slides etc within the deadline on regular base
6 Collect market news from media and produce News clipping on weekly basis
7 Keep good contact and relationship with property developers and landlords
8 Work closely with the co-worker of Agency team for accurate data collection
9 Track economic indicators, real estate indicators, laws and regulations related to real estate
10 Assist supervisor with other temp work as request
11 To undertake ad-hoc projects that you may be required at the Company’s reasonable discretion
