【亚马逊招聘】Process Improvement Specialist Intern (Supply Chain Management)
Location: Beijing
Responsibilities
-    Assist in the deployment of Supply Chain's Lean Continuous Improvement Programs, including but not limited to Standard Work, Kaizen and Value Stream Mapping
-    Coordinate and track the training of Supply Chain team members, while ensuring that resources and instructional materials are updated and maintained to meet ongoing needs
-    Develop and maintain databases for easy update and reference of lean resources and training materials
-    Develop and implement an effective strategy for communicating the status and results of the continuous improvement efforts
-    Facilitate problem solving activities and workshops

Basic Qualifications
-    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Logistics, Statistics or related fields
-    Basic understanding of Lean concepts and principles
-    Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational capabilities
-    Keen attention to details
-    Ability to learn and adapt quickly
-    Ability to work well with cross functional teams both within and outside of Supply Chain organization
-    Strong verbal and written English and Chinese
-    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL

Preferred Qualifications
-    Formal training or certification in Lean
-    Proven experience in Lean implementation
-    Candidates major in Industry Engineering, Computer Science, Management Science and Engineering, Project Management, Statistics, etc. or candidates with former internship experience in related areas are highly preferred
