具体要求：（每周要求5天实习时间，包括周六、周日。实习时间自2014年9月1日到2015年6月30日， 毕业论文和答辩可据实际情况请假。）
Job Description:
Key responsibility of the needed software developer:
Development and support of IMS product in an agile team or agile-alike team
Analyze functional requirements and provide design/development estimation
Join the whole software development lifecycle, including design, coding, unit testing & automation test development, test bug fixing support. Ensure all the tasks are delivered on time with required quality
Provide technical support for issues reported from customer sites, replicate the site failures in R&D laboratory environment to isolate faults and perform in-depth investigation, provide solution and code change against software bug.
General Requirement:
Education background: Bachelor or above
Major: Computer Science, Software Development, Telecommunication Engineering or related.
Good expertise and knowledge using and programming in Linux/Unix;
Good expertise in software development and testing with C/C++/JAVA;
Good Database experience (MySQL, Oracle etc.)
Good expertise and knowledge in telecom and IMS is a plus;
Good telecommunication protocol knowledge and experience is a plus;
Language ability: CET-6, Fluent in both oral and written English
Other requirements: Highly self-motivated; Good problem-solving skill; Able to work effectively under pressure; Team work spirit; Accountability; Ability of learning; Open mind.
