Brief Description of Assignment:
- Support the recruitment team for recruitment, which will include job vacancies posting, interview arrangement
- Schedule medical examination for staff and intern
- Provide consolidation for candidate when it comes to interview related issue
- Other assignments allocated by supervisors

Qualification Requirement:
- Fluent in both written and oral English
- Strong sense of responsibility. Detail and object oriented.
- Ability to handle muti-tasks under high pressure.
- Strong willingness to learn and to infuse into dynamic working environment.

CAReer Recruitment Team Job Description:

Brief Description of Assignment:
1. Support CAReer program on recruitment, overseas trainee reception, training module, etc. including:
- Job posting
- CV screening
- Online test arrangement
- AC preparation (materials, candidates’ flight &hotel booking, shuttle bus arrangement, etc) and onsite support
- Welcome package and invitation letter preparation for overseas trainees
- Conduct orientation for overseas trainees

2. Support on HR marketing and recruiting events (e.g. job fair), including
- Flyer/poster modification
- Provide consultation to candidates about company and open positions

3. Administration tasks, including:
- Meeting room booking
- Information consolidation for regular team meetings
- Material purchasing
- Other administrative and ad-hoc tasks

Qualification Requirement:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above
2.Excellent communication and coordination skills
3.Excellent English skills, German skills would be an advantage
4.Responsible, careful, proactive and passionate
