We are currently seeking an Intern –User Experience Designer to join IT Development team in Beijing.

Responsibilities:            
Work with a small team of developers and business professionals to:            
                        
?    Understand the information architecture , workflows, processes surrounding the user            
?    Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to communicate the design effectively            
?    Design and execute usability tests to validate specific design choices            
?    Create icons, images required for user interface implementation            
                        
Requirements:            
?    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, HCI, Human Factors or closely  related design field            
?    UI design or user experience design experiences            
?    Solid knowledge of user interface design process and methodology, particularly as applied to web-based applications            
?    Familiarity with design tools – such as Photoshop, Illustrator            
?    Ability to work well in a team environment            
?    Good communication skills in English            
?    Good HTML/CSS skills to deliver high fidelity UI prototype in HTML pages is a plus
