1.BMW Strategic Internship Program Introduction
BMW Strategic Internship Program provides you 360 degree challenge work experiences and BMW culture. It`s aimed to reach out your potential, to identify and develop you for future career opportunity. To help you quickly build up business knowledge, skills and networking, we will also have monthly business sharing and networking activity.
2. The Role Of HR Intern
The HR intern reports to and works closely with HR Staffing Dept. on HR marketing projects and experience recruiting. In 6 -12 months internship, your line manager will help you to improving your skills in HR field, building and developing basic business knowledge. You will also support Training or Associate Events if necessary.

3. Responsibilities
(1) Work with staffing associates on HR marketing projects, take full ownership of project to keep it on track and deliver results in timely manner. The diversified projects include BMW Job Fair, Strategic Internship Program, Campus Recruitment, Employer Value Proposition (EVP), and Employee Referral Program (ERP) and so on
(2) Manage external job boards to publish recruitment information regularly, sometimes including redesign advertisement and manage social media, such as Weibo, Weixin, LinkedIn, etc
(3) Build and maintain recruitment database, and analyze data so as to give proposal with PPT on recruiting channels and campaigns
(4) Coordinate with external agencies and internal procurement department to timely facilitate contracts and payments
(5) Assist CV screen, conduct telephone interview and arrange face to face interview for experience recruitment. Independently responsible for end to end cycle of internship recruitment, from job posting to sending offer
4. Whom we are looking for
This opportunity will be both challenging and rewarding for those who is looking for a long term career path in HR fields:
(1) Passionate about BMW branding
(2) Bachelor and above, can work 4-5 days a week for at least 6 months and start from Sep. 2014
(3) Sound in both English and Chinese, and good at speaking with foreigners
(4) Solid proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
(5) Strong analytical skills and independent thinking and attention to detail-orientation
(6) Able to handle pressure and coordinate multiple tasks
(7) Internship in PR/Marketing company or campus experience as journalist is preferred
