Position: Solaris Desktop QE Intern
Location: Beijing, China
Organization Name: Solaris Desktop & IO QE team
We are looking for Software Engineers who have strong Unix or/and Linux
background and solid testing knowledge/experience. In this position
you will be responsible for testing Solaris Desktop applications.
Job responsibilities:
Run testing execution
Help with testing automation development
Analyze, report, and track bugs
Research new features and design test cases
Perform and maintain test cases and scripts, both manual and automatic
Prepare testing status and statistical reports.
Requirements:
Must be able to work for at least 4 months with 3 days per week, while 5
days per week for 6 months or more is preferred.
Good in English, writing and reading is a must.
Solid working knowledge of software development lifecycle.
Familiar with Linux or Unix operating systems, Solaris preferred.
Know the basis of testing methodologies and strategies.
Development or quality assurance experience is a plus.
