Job Title: Marketing assistant
Report to: MarCom Specialist
Group/Division: CAD
Position Location: Beijing
Position Summary:
Supporting marketing communication activities to deliver values of CAD product lines and services in alignment with company’s strategies and cultures. Implement the organization’s advertising and promotions strategy via website, tradeshows, marketing collaterals, direct mailing and advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
o Support the marketing team with conference attendance, seminar organization, campaign design, marketing plan, new product launch, etc;
o Assist on marketing publications including compiling Chinese catalogues, brochures, and other collaterals;
o Assist on build up key end user data base and update quarterly;
o Enhance our brand visibility by organizing seminars, attending trade shows and conferences, publish advertisements;
o Help to maintain and update product and marketing information on our external websites as well as the iConnect internal websites;
o Support maintain and update web training platform, communicate with corporate marketing team to ensure the platform runs smoothly;
o Help to get leads and campaigns upload to SFDC.
o Other daily marketing responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
o Male. Education background of Chemistry, Environment, Biology, at least major on science
o Computer proficiency, for office, outlook, website editing
o Take initiatives, able to get things done on time and promote working through a team environment.
待遇：本科生：100元/天；研究生：120元/天。再加每天15元饭补。 工作地点：北京市东城区雍和大厦，邻近地铁2号线和5号线雍和宫站
