热招职位：
Service Coordinator Intern
石油天然气--销售类  上海市
职位描述：
Working frequently：4 ~5 days/week
Duration：6 months ~ 1 year

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for contract signing & filing, service related documentation seal & filing;
2. Follow up the execution of contract; handle the order processing into ERP system;
3. Track spare parts inbound & outbound transactions daily, maintain the data into ERP system correctly and timely;
4. Coordinate with factory, warehouse, customer on spare parts receiving and delivery;
5. Other tasks assigned by team leader.

Requirements：
1. Bachelor or Master Degree
2. Proficient in computer processing, such as MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook;
3. ERP system experience is preferred.
4. Good communication skills of English and Mandarin, both in written and spoken.
5. Excellent social etiquettes and manners;
6. Positive and active working attitude;
6. Target onboard date: Oct. 20, 2014
