Job Title:     Finance Intern (Account Payable)
Location:      Beijing Tsinghua Science Park
Start Date:    ASAP

Main Job Responsibilities:

•    Check invoices and supporting documents
•    Book and run payment cycles for payment in Lawson
•    Cash and bank management
•    Pre-check expense reports and send to processing center
•    Bank beneficiary information maintenance
•    Funding request
•    Contract filing
•    Ad Hoc reporting, analysis or projects as required

Relationships:

Reports to Management Accountant

Education & Qualifications:

•    Bachelor degree or above qualified in Accounting or Financing.


Other Requirement:

•    Excellent spoken and written English
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills
