DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  
o    Complete the objectives of each assignment within the agreed timeframe.  
o    Analyze the new requirements and develop (design, code and unit test) software solutions adhering to the team’s process.  
o    Coordinate with internal/external test team for software release.  
o    Produce software releases adhering to the operational release management process.  
o    Collaborate with the development teams in other regions.  
o    Configure and maintain the development test environment.  
o    Compliant with team’s software development process and contribute to the continuous process improvement.  
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE  
Technical and/or Functional skills  
o    1+ year experience in development in C++.  
o    Experience with XML and Web technology is strongly preferred.  
o    Experience with Perl /Python is strongly preferred.  
o    Knowledge and practical experience in OOAD and Design Patterns.  
o    Practical experience in using IP-based protocols (TCP/IP, UDP).  
Other skills and abilities:  
o    Quick learner and ability to quickly grasp technical/business concepts.  
o    Technically-inclined, analytical, meticulous and attentive to details.  
o    Ability to solve problems in real-time production systems.  
o    A proactive team player with the ability to work in dynamic environments.  
o    Work independently, takes ownership of problems within own area of knowledge and accountable for the quality of own work.  
o    Ability to work under tight deadlines with high stress tolerance and potentially overtime with advance notice from management.  
o    Good documentation skill.  
o    Good written English.
