Job Responsibilities：
1.Support Finance HR Manager to manage GE China’s Financial Management Program (FMP) from operational level
2.Support Finance HR leader for domestic and int’l FMP rotation arrangement and off-program placement of FMPs from operational level
3.Responsible for FMP and summer intern on boarding and off boarding or replacement process
4.Assist summer intern selection and interview arrangement , workshop activity and internship management
5.Be full responsible for the logistic support on global finance training held in Shanghai
6.Be involved in all Corporate HR initiatives and lead projects where possible
Requirements：
1.Fluent in Chinese, English
2.Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or Finance related degree
3.At least 3-4 full days/week, 5 days during summer or winter vacation
4.Highly motivated for HR
5.HR intern experience is preferred
6.Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
7.Good Microsoft skills, especially in excel and PPT
8.People person, must be able to work with multiple stakeholders.
