Job Responsibilities：
1.Establishing and managing CRM and Marketing Automation tools as process enablers；
2.Manage all Marketing reporting and analytics, ensure data integrity, perform data manipulation and develop dashboards；
3.Provide support for marketing campaign automation including email marketing, analytics, lead list tagging and import；
4.Creating and deploying best-in-class proposal development methodology, providing on-going coaching to field marketing；
5.Defining and measuring the return on investment of field marketing programs in driving order and revenue performance；
6.Developing customer satisfaction programs to create promoters who are willing to proactively & publicly support GE HCIT；
7.Building collaborative relationships with Global and Regional Marketing Operations peers；
8.Business Intelligence & Analysis；
9.Establish analyst relationships；
Requirements：
1.Bachelor’s Degree , Major in Marketing is preferred
2.Market awareness and excellence
3.Excellent oral and written English communications skills
4.Strong analytical process skills
5.Process-driven orientation and execution focus.
6.GE intern experience is preferred
