Working frequently：4-5 days/week
Duration：3-6 months
Job Responsibilities：
1. 1.Sign contract with Dealer/Hospital.
2. 2.Work with Sales rep to ensure Customer Requested Date/Requested Shipment Date reliability and place order to GE MFG;
3. 3.Contact with Order Fulfillment Specialist located in different poles' of GE Manufactures to ensure order fulfillment quality and shipment quality;
4. 4.Handle Equipment Delivery Issues (Missing, Short, Wrong Shipment) to meet customer satisfaction;
5. 5.Work with forwarder/ logistics to ensure delivery to customers. Support custom clearance related;
6. 6.Leadership to drive Customer Order Fulfillment and Equipment Delivery Quality. Monitor key dates and update timely to maintain its accuracy;
7. 7.Work closely with planning leader to maintain Finished Goods/ Installation in Progress inventory within the plan.
8. 8.Work with region GM to meet sales forecast target. Coordinate all players involved in backlog execution.
Requirements：
1. 1.Bachelor Degree or above with International Trade or Logistics major
2. 2.1+ years project coordinating or planning, I/E background
3. 3.Good communication to the people at all levels across the organization
4. 4.Energetic and self-motivated
5. 5.Fluent written and verbal English, at least CET-6
6. 6.Strong computer skills, especially in Office Tools
7. 7.Work well independently and in team, passion, team work with strong ownership.
