SMC PTA program is an internship program for over-performers who have strong interest in management consulting. We offer a great platform for you to work across various projects ranging from strategy, benchmarking, M&A, etc. in a multicultural environment. You will be an indispensible part of our team, gathering and analyzing data, handling interviews, and communicating effectively with both your client and your team. Also, our unique exposure to the industry, dedicated coaching and well-planned training will prepare you well for a qualified Associate Consultant at SMC upon your graduation.
SMC兼职项目助理（PTA）是一个专为对管理咨询行业怀有浓厚兴趣的优秀人才设计的实习项目。你将与我们多元化的团队一起，直接参与战略策划、标杆比照、并购等各类西门子集团的商业项目。你将成为项目团队中重要的一员，负责收集和分析数据、开展访谈、向客户和团队进行项目陈述等多种工作。除了在项目过程中尽职的辅导，我们还将提供定期的专业培训，帮助你深入了解管理咨询，在毕业的时候成为一名潜在的合格助理顾问。
In this program, SMC will track and record every PTA’s performance, based on which we offer early interviews / quick interviews to qualified candidates before regular campus recruitment starts.
在整个实习项目中，SMC将密切的关注兼职项目助理的工作表现，对其中表现优异的成员在常规校园招聘之前提供提前面试的机会，成为西门子管理咨询的正式员工。
