Job Description
·Responsible for daily risk monitoring, reporting and analyzing for business units
·Entry level position for 2014 postgraduates (3 directions: market risk, credit risk, and risk technology)

Knowledge
·Good understanding of risk management concepts and techniques
·Knowledge of the capital markets and the products
·Finance/economics, science, engineering and other relevant majors preferred
·Knowledge of risk management and financial products preferred
·Be able (or be able to learn) to implement financial models and risk analytics using VBA and Excel
·Excellent communication and writing skills in Chinese
·Proficiency in English

Skills and Abilities
·Passionate for the risk management job
·Strong quantitative and analytical ability
·Experience in pricing of derivatives is preferred
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Chinese and English
·Good problem-solving skill
·Creative thinking
·A team player
·Self-motivated & energetic

Qualifications
·Risk management experience in a reputable investment bank is preferred
·Major in risk management, mathmetics, or other quantitative related fields from reputable universities
