能力要求：熟悉MS powerpoint, MS Word, team player

The Mission:          
                  
o    Reporting to HR Head of Talent Acquisition, the candidate’s main mission is to support in important HR worldwide project initiatives. It encompasses the organization and co-ordination of best practices/ tools to be shared with worldwide HR teams across regions.        
                  
Responsibilities:        
o    Project Co-ordination to ensure successful roll out of programs and initiatives          
o    Coordinate project task forces for meeting, taking minutes and arrangement of all logistics.        
o    Participation in collection of research data in relation to project.        
o    Assist in preparation of Presentation and analytical statistics related to the project.        
*Other tasks:          
Carry on other tasks assigned.        
Main Requirements:          
o     The incumbent must be Technology Savvy. Proficient in MS Office Applications: Excel, PowerPoint.        
o    A good team player and ability to work under pressure on challenging schedule          
o    Capability to learn fast, meticulous and Good organization skill        
o    Competent in Project Management.        
o    Analytical and have a passion for Research.          
o    Proficient in Oral & Written English          
                  
Educational background: Minimum Bachelor of Business with major in either of the following: Human Resources Management/ Marketing/ IT.
