实习任务：  
-Understand the technical and functional design requirements  
-Develop and patch open source web applications  
-Manage and maintain open source projects  
素质要求：  
-Some experience with Python application development  
-Some background with Linux  
-Effective English communication skills, both verbal and written  
-Ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high attention to detail  
时间要求：每周至少3天，至少6个月
