HR Intern
Job Description:
1.Assisting in recruitment related tasks, including: interview and arrangement, interview process optimizes, following up the result of interviews, campus recruitment within business etc.
2.Assisting in training related tasks, including: the procurement of materials, site layout, sign in, cooperation with the trainers etc.
3.Assisting in C&B related tasks
4.Maintaining various HR database and carrying analysis on requirements
5.Responsible for all interns in China, including recruiting, interview and arrangement, salaries payment etc.
6.Rotate in different HR functions to gain HR knowledge, on the job experience and develop along the HR professional career ladder etc.
7.Support daily operations of the human resources functions and duties
Job Requirement:
1.Master Degree
2.Proactive, self-motivated, clear thinking, detail-driven and hard-working;
3.Excellent command of English
4.Highly proficient in the use of MS Office
5.At least 4 working days per week, commitment for over 6 months internship is preferred.

1.协助招聘相关事项,如:面试及其安排,面试流程优化,追踪面试结果,校园招聘协作等;
2.协助培训相关事项,如培训物资采购,培训场地布置,培训现场签到,配合讲师等;
3.协助薪酬福利相关事宜;
4.HR数据库管理,并进行相关数据分析;
5.负责中国区域的所有实习生,包括招聘、面试及其安排,发放工资等;
6.在HR内部各模块间工作,通过工作的积累及能力的开发获取专业的HR知识;
7.支持人力资源部门日常运营。
工作要求:
1.硕士学历;
2.积极主动,自我激励,思维清晰,注重细节,工作勤勉;
3.较强的英文听说读写能力;
4.熟练操作office软件;
5.通信工程及相关专业优先考虑;
5.每周至少4天以上,能连续实习至少4个月以上者优先。
