We are looking for automation test engineers, who will be responsible for,
- Understand IBM BPM products, project requirements and design technical solution.  
- Responsible for coding, automation script development and automation test environment development.
- Resolve technical problems to achieve the project goal.

Some basic requirement:
- Has experience in code development and automation test.
- Practical code development experience in Java, J2EE.
- Practical code development experience in WEB development.
- Experience on Oracle/DB2/SQL Server.
- Experience on Linux/Unix OS, on AIX is a plus.
- Self-motivated and good team player.
- Good communication skills and teamwork .
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
