ce. The technical information is globally used by IBM support teams and exter
nal customers.

Job Description
As an Information Experience professional, you will acquire solid knowledge a
bout complex product information of IBM’s key software products. You need to
design, author, and publish IBM technical information in the manner of easy
to use, easy to understand, and easy to find. You will work closely with diff
erent IBM functions including product management, design, development, testin
g, and globalization. When a new technical challenge rises to forefront, you
are there to defuse it with your clarifying pen (or keyboard, more likely). Y
ou develop complex, in-depth communications for internal and external audienc
es and manage projects that involve worldwide teams.

Job Content
1.    Design the content strategy and information architecture.
2.    Estimate the workload, create and manage the project schedule by aligning
with the overall product release schedule.
3.    Under the products and write technical information in the manner of easy t
o understand, easy to use, and easy to find for IBM internal and external use
rs.
4.    Verify the technical accuracy through documentation verification test and
technical review by software developers.
5.    Build and publish the technical information deliverables to the selected c
hannels.

Job Requirements
1. Great liking and proven learning capacity for information technology new s
tuff like cloud computing and mobile networking;
2. Excellence in English written and oral communication (please specify the d
