AMD Research Lab has couple of intern positions in low-power circuit and architecture technologies area. The ideal candidate should have strong background in VLSI circuits, computer architecture and memory systems.      
      
Requirements:  
[position 1]
-  Master or Ph.D. candidate student in Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering  
-  Have good understanding of CPU/GPU architectures
-  Familiar with C/C++, verilog
-  Familiar with computer simulators such as gem5  

[position 2]
-  Master or Ph.D. candidate student in Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering  
-  Have good understanding of CPU/GPU architectures
-  Familiar with computer algorithms and GPU programing
-  Experience in neuro-network algorithms is a plus


      
Working Time:  
-  Full time, at least 4 days a week  
-  Long term is preferred (more than 6 months)
